This article discusses the levels of the effective school model's development which occurred due to the weakness of the previous models that did not match with the needs of the current environment. There are three levels involved in the effective schools movement: (a) School Effectiveness. Movement, (b) School Improvement Movement, and (c) School Effectiveness and Improvement Movement. Hence, these improvements show to us that researches on effective schools have increased in quantity and improved in quality to enhance the development and achievement of the students.
