This research explored the rules of school counselor in implementation of teaching and learning Mathematics and Science in English. Specifically, the study aimed at identifying to what extent these counselors played their roles in helping the students in the learning of Mathematics and Science in English. Forty one counselors from various types of schools were selected to explore their perceptions. Among the schools selected were national secondary, national-type secondary, religion-based, national secondary (female), national secondary (male), urban and rural schools in Malaysia. The instrument of the study consisted of 25 selected items taken from the secondary school counselors' guidebook titled Buku Panduan Pelaksanaan Perkhidmatan Bimbingan dan Kaunseling di Sekolah Menengah (1993). The instrument validity and reliability were checked and established. The reported reliability coefficient based on the Cronbach alpha value was .70 to .82. Overall, the results showed that school counselors need to enhance their roles in implementing the teaching of Mathematics and Science in English.
