QUALIDADE PERCEBIDA EM UM SERVIÇO DE SAÚDE: O CASO DE UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO SOCIAL

The perception of service quality rendered by the Health Division of SESI/PE it is the focal point of this study. With this intention, a research was accomplished through a field survey, via a structured questionnaire, being used the Likert scale. The results demonstrated dissatisfaction levels in all the researched items. However, the users demonstrated intention of using the service again, what should be interpreted as a great opportunity for the institution to create superior services, aligned to customers' expectations, before migrating for alternative services.
