Design of laboratory information system for healthcare in Vietnam BK-LIS

The article presents our research results of state management of medical laboratory data of patients in health facilities in Vietnam. And then, we designed a laboratory information system (BK-LIS) which automatically acquired and managed data from the medical laboratory equipments is widely used in medicine today as Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Urine, Microbiological, Endocrine, Cellular Analyzer.... Those test data will be centrally managed at the server in the system. Clinical doctors or medical staffs in hospital can access to the database of this system to review patient information for process diagnosis and treatment.
