This paper aims to progress the <a href='http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Keyword/15466/future-internet'>Future Internet</a>  (FI) by introduction of a <a href='http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Keyword/37227/service-composition'>service composition</a>  and <a href='http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Keyword/52977/execution-environment'>execution environment</a>  that re-use existing components of access and core networks.
